This morning I was able to have my protein shake (I love @toneitup vanilla protein with @youngliving Ningxia greens, unsweetened coconut milk & sunbutter over ice) and a hot coffee with cream and maple syrup and sneak back in bed to listen to the Bible on audio books while Ocean was sleeping. 

Psalm 71:18

“So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.”

I already have the gray hairs so let’s goooo 👵🏼

My life goal is to live as long as possible so that I can invest into the hearts and lives of my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and point them to JESUS. 

Listening to the Bible has been such a game changer for me being able to get more of the Bible in my heart and mind. I have greater understanding and clarity listening to multiple chapters at a time.

The place I most often meet with the Lord comes from my time that I exercise. 

I crave, not the exercise, but the presence of the Lord and so I look forward so much to this time.

Her tenderness to the Holy Spirit, her love for Jesus, her heart, it’s all been blessing my life so much listening to her interviews lately. She actually reminds me so much of my daughter Scarlett which has been really beautiful and encouraging for her heart to listen to as well. Getting to point my children to other people who love Jesus and who you can see as solid examples of Christ-followers is a gift.
