The Dream is to Walk with JESUS

 I’m still over here daily #livingoutluke252 through filling my mind morning, afternoon and evening listening to God’s Word, exercising daily and seeking with everything I’ve got the face of Jesus. 

I’ve loved the Lord and His Word all my life. Truly. But I’ve never ingested God’s Word in such large chunks a day as I have since starting this challenge of reading the whole bible in a month-ish. I can’t fully describe to you what it’s done in my heart and soul and mind and home and children. It’s been beautiful and radical and one of the best things I’ve ever done. 

The more scripture I read the more joy, peace, gratitude, capacity, clarity and vision I’ve gained. The things of the world become less and less of value and what my soul craves is more of Jesus and less of everything else. I want to love what He loves and hate what He hates and remove every idol I’ve bowed before and live in His presence continually. 

God is moving. I keep waking in the night with so much on my heart from Him. I’m dreaming dreams and my heart and soul are stirring for the things of God. 

He’s been revealing roots and idols and anything I’ve put my trust in outside of Him. It’s rocking my world in the greatest ways. 

I wanna tell everyone everywhere to read God’s Word daily. A lot of it. Meditate on His Word day and night. It’s powerful. It will change you. 

The more time I spend in His presence, the more the dream I hold deepest in my heart is this: to walk with Him. He is the dream. 

The Dream is to Walk with JESUS… everything else is extra.
